Sunbeam School Mau has libraries stocked with ample reference material in the form of books, periodicals, science journals and CDs with multimedia content for both junior and senior students.

Pre Primary toy library

To inculcate love for reading, school has introduced a unique concept of personalized spaces as reading rooms and class libraries. Pre Primary Reading Rooms play an important role in promoting reading skills in children. A child starts reading even before he understands or recognizes the printed letters. This is possible due to storytelling sessions by teachers in pre-school. Many creative ideas like voice modulation, face expression and acting are used for storytelling to maintain the interest and concentration of the children.

Class Libraries

A class library is maintained in each section from classes Nursery to V. Children are issued books for a week from this library. To encourage reading School offers an ardent reader award for every section .
